Shipping policy
We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders within Mexico. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Please allow up to 3 working days for order processing. Shipping times will vary according to the shipping region, and estimated delivery windows will be provided directly by the carrier once your order has been received and scanned into their system. Shipping services may be suspended on certain Mexican national holidays due to warehouse closures. Please keep this in mind, as orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Mexico. Depending on availability, orders containing multiple items may be sent in separate shipments.
All orders shipped internationally will include a flat rate shipping fee, and may incur customs fees, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees which will be the responsibility of the recipient and will be calculated, displayed, and charged at checkout. All international orders ship delivered-duty-paid (DDP) where available, and shipments are sent via DHL or FedEx Express.
Please note that for international shipments, DHL or FedEx may require additional information—such as a tax identification or fiscal number—for customs clearance. Requirements depend on the destination country and are beyond our control. You may be contacted via email, phone, or SMS to provide these details. Without the requested information, the carrier will be unable to deliver your order and it will be returned to our warehouse.
